NCT ID NCT02530658
Summary
This study aims to understand the genetic causes of childhood cancers by analyzing the complete DNA (genome) of 2500 children with tumors. Researchers will compare DNA from a child's tumor with their normal DNA to find inherited and tumor-specific changes. The goal is to gather knowledge to improve future diagnosis, genetic counseling, and treatment strategies, but this study does not provide direct therapy to participants.
