Summary

This study tests if a special bone filler called Genex G, which contains an antibiotic, can safely treat bone infections (osteomyelitis) in the arms or legs when used during surgery. About 139 adults with long-term bone infections will receive the filler during their operation. The goal is to see if it prevents the need for more antibiotics or additional surgeries.
