New gene test aims to solve mysteries of childhood epilepsy
NCT ID NCT03652246
Summary
This small pilot study tested whether a new, advanced genetic sequencing method could find the cause of severe childhood epilepsy when standard tests fail. It involved 15 children with unexplained epilepsy and developmental delays. The goal was to see if this method could provide more answers for families and guide future medical care.
