Summary
This study aims to understand why some patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) develop liver damage from a key chemotherapy drug called asparaginase. Researchers will collect saliva samples from 500 patients to look for specific genetic markers that might predict this side effect. The goal is to help doctors identify patients at higher risk before treatment begins.
