First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at whether certain genes influence how well a dental treatment called vital pulp therapy works for people with tooth nerve inflammation (pulpitis). Researchers will collect saliva from 96 participants to analyze their DNA, then check their teeth after 6 and 12 months to see if the treatment was successful. The goal is to understand if genetic differences can predict treatment outcomes, which could help personalize dental care in the future.
