Summary

This study explores whether adding daily behavioral prompts to a personalized nutrition program (based on genetics and lifestyle) improves adherence. Twenty adults aged 18-45 will receive tailored diet goals via WhatsApp for six weeks. The goal is to see if real-time reminders work better than a static plan alone.
