Scientists search for genetic clues behind childhood behavior problems

NCT ID NCT07322055

Summary

This study aims to understand if certain genetic profiles are linked to disruptive behavior disorders (like Conduct Disorder) and specific traits like lack of guilt or empathy in children. Researchers will analyze genetic and clinical data from 200 children aged 7-16 who already have a diagnosis. The goal is to improve knowledge about the biological factors behind these behaviors, which could help identify risk and resilience in the future.
