Summary

This study is testing an experimental gene therapy drug called laruparetigene zovaparvovec. It is given as an injection into the back of both eyes of male participants with X-linked retinitis pigmentosa (XLRP), an inherited disease that causes progressive vision loss. The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe and if it can help preserve or improve vision over 12 months.
