One-Shot gene therapy trial aims to fix copper poisoning disease

Summary

This is an early-stage trial testing a new, one-time gene therapy called GC310 for adults with Wilson's Disease. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the treatment helps the body properly manage copper, which builds up to toxic levels in this condition. About 15 participants will receive the therapy and be monitored closely for one year.
