One shot to save sight? gene therapy aims to replace monthly eye injections

Summary
This trial is testing a one-time gene therapy injection, called 4D-150, for adults with wet age-related macular degeneration (AMD) who currently need regular eye injections to protect their vision. The main goal is to see if this single treatment can safely reduce or eliminate the need for those frequent injections over time. Researchers will follow participants for up to 5 years to check safety and see how long the treatment's effects last.
