Doctors test One-Time gene injection to shrink ear tumors
NCT ID NCT06517888
Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a one-time gene therapy injection for people with a specific type of inner ear tumor called a vestibular schwannoma. The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe and to check if it can help control or shrink the tumor. The study will involve 27 people who have the tumor in one ear and have already lost most of their hearing on that side.
