NCT ID NCT03217617
Summary
This trial is testing a one-time gene therapy for babies with a severe, often fatal genetic immune disorder called SCID-X1. Doctors give a single IV infusion containing a corrected gene to try to fix the immune system. The goal is to see if this treatment is safe and can help these children develop a working immune system to fight off infections.
