Summary
This is an early safety study testing a single injection of an experimental gene therapy called GS1168 in adults with a genetic condition called phenylketonuria (PKU). The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and if it can help lower harmful levels of a substance called phenylalanine in the blood. The study will involve 9 adults in China who have PKU that is not well-controlled by their current diet or medications.
