Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new gene therapy, called GVB-2001, for people with primary open-angle glaucoma. The therapy is given as a single injection into the eye. The main goals are to see if it is safe and if it can help lower high eye pressure, which is a key problem in glaucoma.
