One-Time gene infusion aims to halt Muscle-Wasting disease in boys
NCT ID NCT07058662
Summary
This early-stage study is testing a single infusion of an experimental gene therapy called BBM-D101 in boys with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). The main goal is to see if the treatment is safe and well-tolerated, while also checking if it can help improve muscle strength and function. Researchers will follow participants for up to five years after the one-time infusion to monitor long-term effects.
