Scientists track patients for 5 years after experimental gene therapy for brain tumor
NCT ID NCT07503613
Summary
This study is monitoring 100 people with vestibular schwannoma (a non-cancerous inner ear tumor) for five years after they received an experimental gene therapy. The main goal is to check for any long-term safety issues and to see if the treatment's effect on controlling tumor growth lasts. Participants are being observed annually to track their health and tumor size.
