Summary

This study tests a gene therapy called delandistrogene moxeparvovec in 83 people with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). The goal is to see if it is safe and helps the body produce a key muscle protein. Participants include both children and adults who can walk or use a wheelchair, and the study lasts up to 156 weeks.
