Inhaled gene therapy aims to tackle cystic fibrosis lung damage

Summary
This study tests a new gene therapy called 4D-710 for adults with cystic fibrosis (CF) who cannot take or have stopped standard CF medications. The therapy is given as a single inhaled dose and aims to deliver a working gene to lung cells to help clear mucus and improve breathing. About 30 participants will be monitored for safety and any changes in lung function.
