First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment for people with advanced cancers that have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12V. The treatment uses the patient's own immune cells, which are modified in a lab to better recognize and attack the cancer. Participants must also have a specific immune system type (HLA-DRB1*07:01). The goal is to control the disease, not cure it.
