Breathe easy? thai study tests 4-7-8 breathing for hypertension

Summary
This study has two parts. First, it looks at genes that may be linked to high blood pressure in Thai people. Second, it tests if a simple breathing exercise called 4-7-8 can help lower blood pressure. About 200 adults with high blood pressure will take part. The goal is to learn more about the causes of hypertension and find an easy, drug-free way to manage it.
