Can getting dads more involved at home boost Kids' vaccination rates?

NCT ID NCT06258200

Summary

This study tests whether community programs that encourage fathers to be more involved in childcare and household tasks can improve child vaccination rates and promote gender equality. Researchers in Togo and Pakistan are working with parents of young children, offering home visits and discussion groups to shift attitudes and behaviors. They will compare communities that receive this support to similar ones that do not, to see if the approach leads to more children getting their vaccines on time and more equal sharing of family responsibilities.
