Summary

This study aims to understand if men and women in Germany receive different care for stomach cancer and if those differences affect survival. Researchers will analyze existing health records from 2017-2021 for about 75,000 people diagnosed with stomach cancer. The goal is to identify any gender-based gaps in diagnosis, treatment, and outcomes to help improve future care for all patients.
