5-Year study launched to track life changes after Gender-Affirming care

Summary
This study aims to understand how gender-affirming medical care affects people's mental health, quality of life, and work capacity over time. Researchers will follow 500 adults receiving care at a specialized gender dysphoria clinic for up to 5 years, tracking their experiences through surveys and interviews. The goal is to learn which aspects of care help most and identify areas where support can be improved.
