Summary
This study follows 500 adults receiving gender-affirming care over five years to understand how it affects their mental health, quality of life, and work outcomes. Researchers will track changes in depression, anxiety, life satisfaction, and healthcare use through surveys and interviews. The goal is to learn which aspects of care help people most and how services can be improved.
