Summary
This study tested whether a new drug called GEN-001, when combined with an existing immunotherapy (avelumab), could help control advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer. It was for patients whose cancer had progressed after at least two prior standard treatments and who had not received certain immunotherapies before. The main goal was to see if the combination could shrink tumors and was safe for patients.
