Summary
This study tests a group-based program called GEARS that teaches emotion regulation skills to adults with ADHD. Researchers will compare 150 participants who take the program to those on a waiting list, measuring changes in emotional control, ADHD symptoms, and quality of life. The goal is to see if GEARS helps reduce emotional ups and downs commonly experienced by adults with ADHD.
