Summary

This study is testing a new drug called GDC-7035, both alone and combined with other cancer treatments, for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see how the body processes the drug. It will enroll about 410 adults whose cancer has spread and who have this specific mutation.
