Summary

This study tested whether a supplement called GCWB1176 can improve immune function in adults aged 19 to 75 with normal or slightly low white blood cell counts. 100 participants took either the supplement or a placebo for 8 weeks. Researchers measured changes in natural killer (NK) cell activity and other immune markers to see if the supplement had an effect.
