First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This early-stage trial tests a treatment called GC101 TIL for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread or come back. Doctors take immune cells from the patient's own tumor, grow them in a lab, and put them back into the body to fight the cancer. The study will check if this approach is safe and whether it shrinks tumors in the 20 participants.
