New eye injection shows promise for blinding disease

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called GB10, given as an eye injection, for people with wet age-related macular degeneration (nAMD), a leading cause of vision loss. About 48 participants will receive either a single or multiple doses to check safety and how well it works. The goal is to find the best dose that improves vision and reduces retinal swelling.
