Summary
This early-stage study tests how taking Zelquistinel with or without a high-fat meal changes the amount of drug in the blood and spinal fluid. Thirty-two healthy adults aged 18 to 59 will receive single doses of 3 mg or 10 mg under both fed and fasted conditions. The goal is to understand the best way to take the drug before moving to patient trials.
