Summary

This study aims to find out how long it takes for food to travel through the gut in healthy adults. About 932 volunteers will eat a blue-dyed muffin, then record when their stool turns blue. Researchers will also check blood sugar, body fat, and lifestyle habits to see how they relate to gut transit time.
