Summary
This study aims to find the better surgery to relieve a blockage caused by advanced stomach cancer. It compares two palliative (symptom-relieving) procedures: removing the tumor versus creating a bypass around it. The main goal is to see which surgery more effectively relieves the blockage and related symptoms like nausea and vomiting in 63 emergency patients.
