NCT ID NCT05593458

First seen Jun 13, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests if giving chemotherapy directly into the artery that feeds the stomach tumor, along with an immunotherapy drug, works better than standard IV chemo plus immunotherapy for locally advanced stomach cancer. About 190 adults with stage 3 stomach cancer will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatment groups. The goal is to see if the artery-directed approach leads to more tumor shrinkage before surgery and better long-term survival.
