Summary
This study is testing if customizing the length of the intestinal bypass during weight loss surgery leads to better results than the standard fixed length. Researchers will compare weight loss, diabetes control, and other health improvements in 262 people with severe obesity. The goal is to find the most effective surgical method to help manage obesity and its related health problems.
