Summary

This study is testing a new magnetic device that creates a connection between the stomach and small intestine during surgery, aiming to be safer and more effective than traditional stitching. The trial will enroll 75 adults who need this specific type of stomach surgery. Researchers will check if the magnetic connection works well and if patients avoid needing a second operation within 30 days.
