Summary
This study is testing whether a gardening program can help people who care for family members on dialysis. Researchers are measuring if weekly gardening activities for 12 weeks can reduce stress, improve well-being, and lighten the feeling of burden for these caregivers. The study involves 82 caregivers who are randomly assigned to either participate in the gardening program or not, to compare the results.
