Summary
This study looks at whether gardening activities can improve the psychological well-being of care staff working in nursing homes and how it affects their caregiving. About 41 care workers will take part, and researchers will measure changes in well-being and care impact using surveys. The goal is to see if a simple, nature-based activity can help reduce stress and improve job satisfaction.
