Can playing board games teach dentistry better than lectures?
NCT ID NCT07479342
Summary
This study tested whether using a board game is better than traditional lectures for teaching dental students about orthodontic appliances. Researchers divided 50 final-year dental students into two groups: one played a specially designed board game, while the other attended a standard lecture. They compared how much knowledge each group gained and remembered using tests before, during, and after the teaching sessions.
