Summary

This study tested whether a web-based game could teach 77 girls aged 10-15 about menstrual and genital hygiene. The girls played an interactive online game in four sessions. One month later, their hygiene knowledge and habits had significantly improved. The findings suggest that gamified education can be an effective and engaging way to promote healthy behaviors in adolescents.
