Gamification boosts blood gas learning in anesthesia students
NCT ID NCT07611851
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether using concept maps and game-like activities helps first-year anesthesia students learn how to analyze arterial blood gases. 90 students were split into two groups: one learned with these interactive tools, the other with traditional lectures. Their knowledge was tested right after training and again three months later to see if the new method improved learning and memory.
