Gamified training takes on traditional teaching in hip surgery study

Summary
This study compares a digital game-based training method to traditional teaching for learning how to arrange surgical instruments for total hip replacement surgery. About 60 nursing students or perioperative nurses will be randomly assigned to either the game or the standard training. The goal is to see which method leads to more accurate instrument placement and higher satisfaction.
