Video game therapy aims to ease chronic bowel disorder
NCT ID NCT07482696
Summary
This study is testing if a video game-based therapy can improve quality of life and sleep for people with dyssynergic defecation, a chronic bowel coordination disorder. Participants will use a system that turns muscle control exercises into a game, aiming to make therapy more engaging. The goal is to see if this fun approach helps reduce symptoms and improves daily life better than a fake therapy.
