Can playing a video game keep seniors strong and happy?
NCT ID NCT07191613
Summary
This study tested whether a fun, interactive movement game called 'HAPPY GO GO' could help improve the physical and mental health of older adults living in rural communities. Researchers compared 120 seniors who played the game in group sessions over several weeks to a group that did not play. They measured changes in strength, balance, flexibility, and mood to see if the game-based exercise made a difference.
