NCT ID NCT07191613

Summary

This study tested whether playing a special movement-based video game could improve physical and mental health in older adults living in rural Taiwan. Researchers compared 120 seniors who played the 'HAPPY GO GO' game in group sessions to a group that did not play. The goal was to see if the fun, game-based exercise could improve things like balance, strength, flexibility, and mood.
