NCT ID NCT07504653
Summary
This study is testing if a mobile game app can help Frisbee players with a shoulder movement problem called scapular dyskinesia. Researchers will first see how common the problem is among players in Malaysia. Then, they will create a game app with shoulder exercises and test if using it for 8 weeks improves throwing power, accuracy, and reduces pain compared to standard exercises.
