Video game trial aims to boost mental resilience

Summary
This study tests whether a specially designed game can help adults who have experienced major life stress feel better and become more resilient. About 50 participants will either play the game for 10 days or be placed on a waiting list. Researchers will measure changes in mood and mental health right after the program and again three months later.
