Gaming your way to resilience: new study tests Game-Based mental health boost

Summary

This study tests whether a specially designed game can help adults who have gone through major life stress feel more positive and resilient. 50 participants will either play the game for 10 days or be placed on a waitlist. Researchers will check their mental health right after the program and again 3 months later to see if the game makes a lasting difference.
