Summary
This study tests whether a 6-week digital board game program can help nurses feel more in control and satisfied at work. About 50 nurses from a university hospital will play the game and attend online workshops. Researchers will measure changes in their sense of empowerment, job satisfaction, and innovative thinking. The goal is to find a fun, new way to support nurses' well-being.
