Summary
This study compares two approaches for patients with mild pancreatitis caused by gallstones who choose not to have their gallbladder removed. Researchers want to see if a minor endoscopic procedure (ERCP with sphincterotomy) helps prevent future pancreatitis attacks better than standard conservative care. The trial will enroll 30 patients to determine which approach better controls the condition and reduces recurrence.
